No matter how well we pack orders; on rare occasions something goes wrong. If you get your delivery and there is a problem with it then please contact us to let us know strait away.
If the damage is such that you want to make a claim for it then we will require photographic evidence CLEARLY showing the damage and/or state of the goods on delivery. Royal Mail will not accept fuzzy photos or photos not showing all the relevant damage so can not be accepted. |
Please send these images in after contacting us about the problem, if you are going to return an item then you can also begin the returns processs.
Royal Mail also reserve the right to collect the broken/damaged goods at their discretion so please retain it and the packaging Once we receive your photos we can advise the best course of action to resolve it quickly for you
Please also bear in mind that we don't sell flowers, we sell plants and as such any plants sent in flower are not considered damaged because the free flowers are broken - we don't charge extra for any plants sent in flower
We will continue to send out plants as the weather permits. Just take note of the weather forecast, if it's above freezing then we are OK to send but if it's frosty then we can not send out.
We also offer a heat pack option (click 'view cart') and tick the box highlighted in red then click 'update heat pack'. This costs £1 extra but helps to protect the plants during transit Nov - May
