Sedirea japonica is a small growing species from Japan with glossy dark green leaves, they look a bit like small Phalaenopsis plants.
Flowers are cream/pale green with pink barks on petals and a pink speckled lip. Sedirea japonicas' fragrance is rather like lemon sherbet or mixed citrus but fizzy!
The flower lifespan is usually 3 - 5 weeks from opening to drop but this may depend on temperature i.e. too warm and they dry up quick
Available potted as near flowering size in 5.5cm pots with 12 months to flowering or flowering size in 8.5cm pots and capable of flowering/in flower depending on season and as specimen plants which are larger plants
Also available are specimens mounted on cork for a more realistic look. The potted ones are easier to keep but the mounted ones look better (to me that is) but take more looking after
Just a quick note to let you know I am currently updating the stock on the site as it has become quite out of date.
Please be patient as I check the plants and enter them on the site
