Orchid Species terms and conditions of sale

Terms of Sale

  1. Payment must be effected via valid credit or debit card, PayPal or Google Checkout. We do not currently accept cheques
  2. If using a credit or debit card you must be the cardholder - your statement will show a debit by Easy Orchids Limited
  3. The prices are correct at time of update E&OE
  4. Items are sold subject to availability
  5. We accept no liability for species and/or hybrids found to be incorrectly identified
  6. We supply to the UK & EU only
  7. 'Next Working Day' delivery is from when we SEND the order NOT when it's ordered

REASONABLE CARE

It is understood that you have researched the plants you are considering purchasing and have a reasonable understanding of the basic requirements they have. In order to maintain any existing flowers or in order to get the most out of your plant and get it to re-flower year after year, you should read a little on them.

Delivery

  • Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or other overnight carrier and will have to be signed for
  • We aim to deliver your goods within 2 days, specially ordered products may take longer
  • Although every effort is made to deliver plants on specific dates, we can not be held responsible if they don't arrive on time due to unforseen circumstances.
  • Orders placed for Saturday/Sunday delivery will automatically be sent on Monday for delivery Tuesday unless previously arranged as there is no post on Sundays
  • We dispatch plants Monday through Thursday, Friday dispatch is only available by prior arrangement
  • We will endeavour to send your package the most cost effective way for you.
  • If you are unavailable to accept delivery for goods (miss the delivery driver) we will accept no responsibility for their safe and/or arrival. - Live tropical plants are considered perishable goods for obvious reasons
  • If you are unavailable to accept the delivery then the courier (Royal Mail) will attempt to deliver it again the following day for free if you ring them. If you are still not in then you will be charged for re delivery
  • If you are unavailable to accept the delivery then the courier (Royal Mail) will hold your parcel at your main sorting office
  • If there are any dead on arrival's, missing or damaged goods - please follow the instructions on the DAMAGED & MISSING GOODS page
  • Your first order has to go to the card holders address in all cases, this is to help prevent fraud. Subsequent orders can be sent to other addresses (at our discretion).

Cancellations

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days * see note
  • 'Special order' items or personalised items are not cancelable

* Products purchased on special order can not be cancelled.

Returns Policy

  • You can return any item which is damaged or dead on arrival for a full refund
  • If the parcel is damaged on arrival you MUST specify it at the time of signing for the package, you can not contact us later to say the parcel was damaged unless you said so when signing for the package
  • If there are any missing or damaged goods - please notify us IMMEDIATELY telephone: 01977 645891 and please read the DAMAGED & MISSING GOODS page.
  • Any money owed will be refunded within 30 days of returns arriving back
  • 'Special order' items or personalised items are not returnable
