| In the UK we use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for orders weighing up to 1.5kg, the price is charged by the weight (automatically calculated for you when adding items to cart) and the delivery takes 1 - 3 working days | |||

| A. Usually within 48 hours from Monday - Friday, here's a general breakdown | |||

| Sometimes a plant may be hard to find in the greenhouse! If your order seems delayed then please check your orders history to establish the status of the order. If it's marked at 'BACKORDERED' then something is out of stock or I can't find it! If you want to discus the order then please ring us or use the contact us form | |||
We will continue to send out plants as the weather permits. Just take note of the weather forecast, if it's above freezing then we are OK to send but if it's frosty then we can not send out.
We also offer a heat pack option (click 'view cart') and tick the box highlighted in red then click 'update heat pack'. This costs £1 extra but helps to protect the plants during transit Nov - May
